In Store Pickup
All online orders require a state photo id and the credit card used for your order must be present to receive your order. Products will not be released to 3rd parties, including family members.
Orders for in-stock items are usually ready to be picked up the same day. Some items that require assembly may require additional time for pickup and will be ready for pickup the following day. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
Items indicated as At Supplier Warehouse need to be ordered from the supplier. These items typically take 5-10 days to ship and may require an additional day for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We are now offering curbside pickup. The same rules apply as the above in store pickup. A state photo id and the credit card used for your order must be present to receive your order.

Holiday layaways are expected to be picked up by 3:00 PM on Christmas Eve unless other arrangements are made to pick up at a later date. Items may be stored off site. Please contact us ahead of time to schedule a pickup date and/or confirm your item is ready.
We gladly accept; cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover) and in store financing. We are no longer accepting personal and business checks as a form of payment.
Currently, gift cards are only accepted for in store purchases. Our website cannot accept gift card for a form of payment.
We will always do our best to meet your expectations on goods and services. Should you decide to return or exchange an item it must meet the following conditions:
- Bikes and Child Trailers may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original, clean and unused condition.
- Car Racks maybe returned in unopened packages and/or if it cannot be installed correctly on the car by one of our employees.
- Accessories, Components, and Apparel maybe returned within 30 days with original tags, packaging, and in new condition.
- Sale Items may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- Special orders, layaways, clearance items are non returnable.
- Register receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- All returns will be refunded/credited with the same form of payment. A check may be issued within 10 days for cash returns over $50.
Prices and Information
We make every effort to maintain current and accurate prices in our online catalog. We also strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should there be any price errors or other information that may be incorrect, and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. We will do our best to honor pricing errors, but reserve the right to cancel orders when price errors do occur. Thank you for your understanding if this does happen.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
